Steps to make Daal and pan fried bafla:
  1. For Dough
  2. Add wheat flour,gram flour,semolina,salt,1 tbsp cumin seed,carom seeds and 3 tbsp oil mix well then add water and make dough like chapati keep aside dor 20 mints so that it can set then make balls out of the dough.add
  3. Keep the water on heat to get nice boil after that add the flour ball in to it let it boil for 15 mints till the balls float & comes up jst like the picture in the side…
  4. After that remove them from water let it cool down
  5. Heat the pan add half cup of ghee then add the boiled balls cook till u get nice golden colour both the sides note :keep change the sides again and again of balls,so that it can evenly cook…. before eating add some hot ghee….your pan fried bafla is ready
  6. ForDaal…In a presurre cooker add all lentils add turmeric &salt boil till 4 whistle in another pan add 2tbsp oil,hing,cumin seed, mustard seeds let it crackle then add ginger garlic paste green & red chillies,onion saute well then add tomato,now put cumin powder, Coriander powder,lal mirch powder little salt into it saute till tomato gets well cooked.
  7. Now add the daal in the fried masala cook for 1 minute add chopped Coriander put off the flame
