  2. Take chicken wings ( fresh or frozen) i used frozen
  3. Get salt & pepper & lemon pepper
  4. Take hot sauce, of your choice

  6. Take garlic, as my hubby loves garlic i tend to use alot.

  1. Set oven at 425, preheat
  2. Season the wings, still frozen. Put on slotted baking try, ( im trying not to make fried foods). And bake for 20 minutes, turn and bake another 25 minutes.
  3. Make sure chicken is cooked, add 5-10 minutes, depending on your oven
  4. For the sauce: 4 tbs butter, 1/3 cup hot sauce, of your choice.( I used Louisiana hot sauce. And 1 teaspoon roasted garlic. Heat all together in microwave, about 30 seconds.
  5. When wings are cooked fully, mix with sauce and enjoy. (I have at times dipped the wings and put them back in tbe over for 5-10 minutes to get an extra crunch)
