Instructions to make Butter Chicken:
- For chicken marinade, mixed together Sugar, Salt, Curry Powder, All Purpose Flour, Parmesan Cheese and egg into bowl.
- Pour marinade over chicken. Cover it and put in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
- Fry chicken until it turn golden. Drain the excess oil.
- Heat up the pan with butter. Add red chilli pepper, birds eye chili and curry leaves. Stir until it smell good.
- Add evaporated milk stir until it boil. Add cheese and stir until it melt.
- Add black pepper powder and sugar for taste.
- Add the fried chicken. Stir till it blend together. Ready to serve.
