- Fry aloo pakoras till golden brown and crisp. Drain the pakoras on paper napkin to remove extra oil.
- Finish off the remaining aloo pakoras this way in batches. Sprinkle some chaat masala on pakoras. Serve hot with chutney or tomato sauce.
