- Mix all the ingredients for the sauce and keep aside. Also make a slurry of cornflour and water.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic and broken red chillies. Add the bell peppers. Sauté on high heat for a minute.
- Add the steamed vegetables. Again sauté on high heat for a minute.
- Now add the mixture of sauces and the cornflour slurry. Keep stirring and cooking till the sauce becomes a little thick.
- Add some spring onion greens and mix.
- To serve place some spicy honey vegetables on a platter. Top up with chicken momos. Garnish with spring onion greens and enjoy.
