  2. Add eggs and milk into mixing bowl and mix well
  3. Finely chop all vegetables and preferred meat and add to egg mix
  4. Add herbs, lemon juice and cheese and mix well.
  5. Spray muffin tray and pour egg mix into muffin tray evenly
  6. Turn oven up to 200°c
  7. Put muffin tray into oven for 30-40 minutes, making sure to keep checking as minutes go by
  8. When cooked all the way through take out of muffin tray and let rest for 10 minutes before serving and enjoy!
