Instructions to make Baby Samosa:
  1. For making covering : Mix all the ingredients except water for making covering /dough in a mixing bowl and mix all the ingredients well. Now with the help of water knead a soft dough by adding water slowly. Rest for 15 minutes. Then again knead the dough thoroughly for 5 minutes.
  2. For making filling : Heat oil in a karahi and put cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter add Peas and salt and cook till peas gets soft. Now add mashed potatoes along with all the ingredients for dry masala and dry fruits and sauté for 1 minute and mix well. Switch off the flame and keep aside to cool.
  3. Make equal size balls of this dough. Roll with the help of rolling pin and then cut in two halves with the help of knife.
  4. Now take 1 half. Fold it's corners in centre making a cone. Press centre joint with the help of your hands so that it joints perfectly. Fill it with filling and press the sides together with your fingers. Keep in a plate.
  5. Likewise make all the samosas.
  6. Now heat oil in a karahi and put samosas in it and deep fry till golden from both sides.
  7. Serve hot with Tomato ketchup.
