TOFU: Place a folded tea towel in the shape of the tofu on a plate. Drain the tofu from the package and place the tofu on the prepared plate. Unwrap the tofu, chop into cubes and use a sieve to dust corn starch all over the tofu. This is my go-to stir fry recipe.

- Voala!! Sprinkle some parmesan cheese.. and ready to serve!!!
