- In a bowl, add the flour,salt, corn flour, backing powder, drizzle the oil & mix well. Add just enough water to into from a thick batter. Now add the whipped yougurt & egg white to the batter beat thoroughly, & keep aside for 15 mins.
- Heat the oil in a deep fry pan, dip the fish fillets in the batter, carefully lower them into the hot oil & fry until golden brown.
- Drain on absorbent kitchen towel, serve hot with ketchup.
