- Place the fish fillets on a plate. Add salt crushed black peppercorns, chili flakes mixed herbs chopped garlic chopped parsley leaves 2 tbsp orange juice squeeze the lemon juice of 1 lemon. Turn the fillets sprinkle some crushed black peppercorns and little chili flakes mixed herbs and drizzle olive oil and rub it well and marinate for 15 minutes.
- Now coat the fillets with 1 tbsp cornflour so that they are well coated on both sides. Shake to remove the excess flour.
- Heat a grill pan with 2 tbsp garlic butter and 1 tbsp olive oil on medium flame. when the butter has melted place the coated fillets in the pan. Let both sides cook for 5 minutes or until fish is cooked and grilled marks appear on both sides. Don't overcook the fish. If the fish overcooked its moisture is lost and it's become very tasteless. Once done take these fillets off the flame and place them on a plate.
- In the same pan adds remaining garlic butter and let it melt. Once the butter has melted add the remaining orange juice and lemon juice and mix it well with melted butter. now add parsley leaves and mix well. Once the sauce has thickened take it off the flame and pour this over the fillets on the plate.
- Now the same pan adds 1 tbsp garlic butter and lets it melt. once the butter has melted add some veggies like- carrots broccoli beans and toss it with some salt mixed with herbs chili flakes and lemon juice.
