- Take 1 cup tomato puree
- Make ready 20-22 cashew nut
- Get 1 tbsp garam masala
- Take as needed Fresh cream
- Take 2-3 tbsp Oil
- Get to taste salt
Instructions to make Veg patiala recipes:
- Take 1tbsp butter in a pan. Add green chilli ginger paste and sauta
- Add tumeric, coriander, red chilli powder. Add grated capsicum, cabbage, cauliflower, carrots and mix well. Add grated paneer also.
- Add a little salt and garam masala.
- Cover and cook for some time.
- Add grated cashew nut Coriander leaves. Mix well
- Mix. Add a 1 tsp corn flour with 2 tbsp water.
- Take a papad and apply water on both sides. Add the stuffing.
- Roll tightly and close with corn flour solution.
- Prepare other rolls in the same way.
- Take 1/4 cup oil in a pan and shallow fry the rolls.
- Hit 3tbsp oil in a pan and ginger green chilli paste and chopped onion.
- Add coriander powder, turmeric, and red chilli powder. Add tomato puree and cook for 5 min.
- Add grated cashew nuts and cashew power. Add water as required.
- Add salt and gram masala and cook for 2min.
- Add grated paneer, 1 tbsp butter and fresh cream.
- Cut papad rolls and serve with gravy.
- Garnish with paneer and coriander leaves..
