  1. Yakhni method :- take a pot add 600 g mutton with bones. Add 6 cup of water. Add 5 garlic pods. Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste. Add 1/2 tsp salt. Add 1 tsp coriander powder. Mix well And cover let it boil (high flame).once boiled cook on medium flame until meat is tender 45-50 minutes. After 45 minutes separate meat and stock.
  2. Stock Ko chann lain. Stock is ready. Next step. Pulao preparation. 2 cup of rice wash 3-4 times and sock in warm water for 30 -45 minutes. Take a pot add onion 1 medium size thinly sliced.
  3. Add 1/2 cup of oil. Cook until light brown colour. Add some water to stop further cooking. Add 1 tsp cumin seeds. Green cardamom 6. 5-6 cloves. 2 small cinnamon sticks. 2 bay leaves. 1 black cardamom. Mix it. Cook for 1 mint. Add boil meat. Cook another 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add salt to taste. Add 1 tsp black pepper powder. Add 1/4 tsp white pepper powder. Add 1/2 cup of yogurt. Cook for 5 minutes (medium flame).add stock 4 cup. Cover and wait for a boil.
  5. Add rice. Cook on high flame. Water dry Ho jye tu thora sa rah jye tu add krin 1 tsp whole spice powder. Cover and simmer on Low flame for 10-15 minutes. After 15 minutes Rice is ready. Serve with raita and salad.
