  2. Soak kidney beans for 4 to 5 hours and pressure cook till it cook…and become soft

  4. Drain the boiled brown rice and brown lentil in drainer
  5. Put oil in a pan
  6. Add cumin seeds, bay leaf and cloves let it crackel
  7. Then add chopped green Bell pepper chopped. Saute for half minute.
  8. Then add butter or ghee.. let it heat..
  9. Add chopped tomatoes mix it.. don't saute it..
  10. Add salt as per taste.
  11. Add red chilli powder..
  12. Add coriander powder..
  13. Mix it well..
  14. Then add curd..
  15. Mix it well…saute for minute..
  16. Add garam masala
  17. Then add pav bhaji masala..

  20. Add boiled brown rice and brown lentil..
  21. Mix it properly and add lemon juice in it..cook for minute..
  22. Lastly add kasuri methi..
  23. And garnish it with fresh chopped coriander leaves..

  25. Tip: if you want to add onion..chop half onion and saute before bell pepper..till it become brown..
  26. Serve it hot with curd, raita or hot soup…
