  2. Boil Baby potato
  3. Pierce than with fork
  4. Add in pan Star anise, big Cardamom, cloves, Cinnamon, bay leaf, Black pepper, dry kashmiri Red chilli, coriander, saunf, jeera, shahi jeera….all ingredients Roast in 3 minutes on low flame

  6. In a pan add oil. Fry potato till they get golden brown
