  2. Green paste.
  3. Smear the boiled eggs with haldi and red chilli pow.Fry till red in col on medium heat.Keep aside.
  4. Fry half onion in the same oil in which eggs where fried,keep half of onion fr later use.
  5. In a pressure cooker add ghee,now add mustard seed,Curry patta and cashew fry fr few second.Add rest of the onion and fry till light golden in colour.
  6. Add green paste and dry masala,cook fr 5 min and add the beaten curd.Stir it well till oil oozes out.Add salt and required amount of water.Wait for the boil and add the soaked rice.Put weight and cook till 2 whistle.open and add the fried eggs and onion.Mix upside down.
  7. Sprinkle chopped mint and dhania.Serve.
