- Now make kababs like bird nest or ghonsla make round shape and press it from center.as shown in picture.
- Now make flour slurry.take all purpose flour add water in it and make flour paste or flour slurry.
- Now dip kababs in flour slurry and coat with Vermecelli. repeat it with all kababs.
- Then fry all kababs both side light golden.
- Take half cup cottage cheese or paneer and make small eggs for bird nest.
- Place all fried kababs in plate place some coriander leaves for nest look.and place all prepared cheese eggs on kababs.
- Ghonsla kababs are ready serve with ketchup or any dip…
