Do this process 4times and spread maida on slap and again fold out in 4 sides without ghee because ghee is in side we have to emerge it inside and tap with maida and keep in freezer twice aisa karna h.   7. Know take out /2hoour before filling it become soft and roll with roller pin sheet and fill stuffing and make your shape you like and egg wash spread and press with fork and keep in preheat oven 35mints
