  1. In a pressure cooker add 2 tbsoil then put onions and fry till translucent
  2. Then add 2 tbs of ginger garlic paste and mutton fry for 2 mint then add 2 tbsp of water and pressure cook for 20 mints
  3. In another pan add oil 3 tbsp then add 1 onion chopped fry till golden
  4. Then add remaining ginger garlic paste and masalas and 1/4 cup water and fry till oil float.
  5. Thrn add cooked mutton and fry together and add 1 cup water and simmer for 10 mint.
  6. Switch off the flame and add green coriander leaves and chillies.
  7. Mutton is ready to serve.
