Steps to make Biscuit cake:
  1. Take any kind of 1 pack of biscuits. Grind it or u can also mash it very finely. Then put it on a bowl and put aside. Take 2 eggs whites blend it with blender or spatula until it turns into creamy and add some sugar and fold it smoothly. Then take the bowl of Ground biscuit and add the egg white in the bowl (please keep some egg white for later purpose). And whisk the mixture in the bowl then keep it aside. Take some half cup of milk add coffee powder and mix it well then take the mixture of
  2. Biscuit bowl and add the milk and coffee mixture. You can replace coffee with any other favour also. Then add eno or baking soda or baking powder in it for the fluffiness and smoothness of cake. It is not necessary to add eno in cake it is just for fluffing of the cake. (It is also not necessary to add egg in the cake). Then cut and fold the cake. Take a pan grease it with ghee or oil and put the batter in the pan. Preheat a pressure cooker on high flame and add salt in. Preheat time 10 mins.
  3. Before baking the cake. Put the pan inside the cooker remove it's whistle and close it for 20 min. When the cake is ready it will not stick to any wood stick if u check it. Then the saved egg white use it for the garnish on the cake if u don't like egg whit so take butter, sugar and cream blend it and replace it by egg white mixture. And here s the cake is ready.
  4. Note: Put egg white and yellowish portion of egg in different bowls
