- Wash cut Head and tail
- Then cut in small pieces
- Add potatoes cubes
- Fry until light golden colour and put it aside
- Add tomato and green chillies chopped in the same oil you used for the potatoes
- Stir continuesly until tomatoes are soft
- Add haldi powder
- Add red chilli powder
- Add red chilli flakes
- Zeera powder
- Coriandar powder
- Salt
- Mix it all until combined
- Mix it until becomes a smooth paste
- Also add fried onions
- Mix it
- Then add bhindi nicely mix
- Add lemon juice
- Also add fried potatoes mix
- Cover it medium to low flame atleast 20 minutes
- Remove the lid then put flame on high stirring continuesly for 5 minutes
- Tawa bhindi is ready to eat
