- Take one prawns and cover it with semolina, roll it from all sides and make sure that it is semolina is stick to prawn, shake it to remove excess semolina. Do it for one by one for each prawn
- Fry each prawn in batch of 6-7 depending on size of skillet, keep gap between each prawn.
- Fry for 2 minutes of each side, flip it when needed, on low-medium heat. Or low heat.
- As you see prawns colour is changed and they take a round shape, it means they are cooked. Don’t over fry or cook for long otherwise prawns will be chewy and not crisp.
- Garnish with other 1/2 lemon squeeze and fresh coriander leaves
