- Heat tawa and make small dosa of different shapes. Apply ghee. Cook both sides.
- Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes. Boil in water for 3 minutes with little salt. Strain the water and add corn flour, chilli powder, salt, rice flour mix well.
- Deep fry the potatoes in oil.
- In a pan heat 1 tablespoon of oil add tomato sauce and soya sauce after 20 seconds add fried potatoes and mix well. Saucy potatoes are ready.
- Arrange prepared dosa, saucy potatoes, fruits and dry fruits. I have used mango as it is season.
