- Cleanse the dal and drain the water.
- Add all the ingredients except onions and grind it.
- Now grind it dosa or adai consistency.
- Check salt and add small onions,asafoetida and remaning curry and corainder leaves.
I have added a handful of drumstick leaves to increase the nutritional value. So this adai is rich in iron also. It is very simple to prepare and does not need much planning as for dosa.
