  4. Now poured the yellow part of potato into dough & make a oval shape egg….. Fried them into deep oil.
  5. Gravy :- Heat a woke with ghee. Added onion & cardamon seeds…saute for few minutes. Then Added tomato puree, curd, sugar & spices. Stirring it untill oil came out. Also added lil bit water.
  6. Then added tomato sauce & cornflour mixture. When it's cooked properly…. placed the gravy into serving dish & cut the egg…. decorated into gravy.
