- After boiling the potatoes peeled and smashed the potatoes adding with salt
- Now heat the pan add chopped onions, chopped green chilli, termaric powder, red chilli powder mix well and keep stirring continuously next add coriander leaves, chat masala, hing mix well add kashmiri red chilli powder give it a good mix keep stirring until the water of the gravy removed and dry, turn off the heat, put the gravy to the plate and give time for normal condition
- Now smashed all ingredients with the palms of the hands, take some potatoes with the hands spread it to your hands and add egg to the middle of the potato mix cover carefully the egg with the potato mix, do all the same procedure
- Now crack the eggs and whisk, add one egg to the batter mix well then put to the bread crumbs, mix well with the bread crumbs do all the same, and keep rest for few minutes in the refrigerator
- Next remove from the freeze then heat the pan with adding oil and deep fry
- Tasty Egg kabab is ready, serve with tomato sauce.
