- Take a bowl. Add chicken cubes, curd, red chilli powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, garam masala powder, lemon juice, salt and turmeric powder. Marinate for one hour.
- In a pan heat oil. Add marinated chicken. Cook for 3-4 minutes on medium flame. Or until it is fully cooked. Keep aside.
- In a bowl add flour, sugar, salt mix well. Add yeast mix again.
- Add oil and half cup warm water. Start mixing. Add more water until you make a soft and sticky dough. Sprinkle flour on the kitchen counter. Knead the dough for five minutes. If the dough feels sticky add dry flour.
- Grease a bowl with oil and place the dough in it. Apply little oil over the dough as well. Cover with cling wrap or damp cloth. Let it rest at room temperature for 1-2 hour.
- Preheat the oven for 200 degree Celsius. After the dough has double in size. Punch it down and release the air bubbles.
- Form a dough. Place it over a plate and cover it with same plastic wrap. Allow it to rest for 30 minutes.
