  2. Preheat a pan on low. After thoroughly heated, drizzle a little bit of olive oil and let it get a little hot. Add ginger garlic paste and let it brown a bit. Add your washed bell pepper and carrots. Let it cook for about a minute or so. Then,add a little bit of your water and soy sauce and cover it. Let it cook for about 5 minutes. Then, add your broccoli and rest of the water and let it cook to about 10 minutes.
  3. After 10 minutes, you will notice that the veggies have shrunk a little. Now, drain out excess water from the veggies if you want to or just leave it. Next,add salt as per taste and mix well.
  4. Now, its done! Serve as is or as a side to a main dish with a sprinkling of black pepper. Enjoy!

Stir soy sauce mixture; add to pan. Return beef to pan; heat through. There are two ways to stir-fry the broccoli, either stir-frying it until it turns soft or blanches it in advance. My favorite method of preparing this dish is to blanch it before stir-frying. The advantage of the second method is the stir-frying time is cut to just half a minute.
