- For dough. Place plain flour and salt in a bowl. On the other hand in a mug add lukewarm water then add sugar and yeast and mix well.
- Mix and knead the dough and cover it with a plate or plastic wrap set aside for 2 hours.
- On the other side make chicken marination. In a bowl add chicken, garlic paste, salt, black pepper, red chilli powder, oregano powder, vinegar, nandos sauce and mix well. Then cook the chicken.
- When the chicken is cooked. Set aside and chop veggies and shred cheddar cheese.
- In a big pot add 3-4 cup salt and cover the lid. Heat it up on low flame. Till then make the dough. And make 2 doughs.
- Place it on pizza tray. Add the pizza dough. Use fork to make holes. Add in oil spread it then add tomato sauce and spread it too.
- Add in cooked chicken, cheese and veggies then more cheese. Place the microwave grill rack inside heated pot then place the pizza tray carefully and cover the lid. Cook the pizza for 45 minutes on low flame.
