- Sabhi sabji ko barik chop kar ke rakho.
- Ek kadai me oil me ginger garlic ki paste dalo saute kar ke usme tomato cabbage capsicum fulgobhi onion barik chop kar ke dalo.
- Saute kerke usme 2 glass pani dalo.
- Add cornflour ki slari Kali mirchi powder Tomato sos red chilli sos soya sos namak swad anusar dalker mix kar ke ubalne do.
- Lemon juice dalo mix kar ke gas bandh kar lo.
- Half cook noodles ko fry kar ke dalker serve kere. ab
