  8. stir in eggs one at a time
  9. pour cream cheese mixture into baking tray/tin on top of base
  10. bake for 40 - 45 minutes (cake must still be a little wobbly in the centre)
  11. cool cake to room temperature before putting in the fridge to chill for 3+ hours
