Instructions to make Parda Biryani.(Eid special):
- Take a bowl Knead all the ingredients of parda dough then cover it for 1.30 hour,keep in warm place.
- Now take a pot add oil, tomato and all the ingredients of chicken biryani stir it well for 10 minutes.
- Now cover the chicken with 1 glass of water and add patato and cook for 30 minutes., until chicken and patato tender.
- Now take a pot add chicken gravy, then rice, add Corriender, green chilli, round tomato, brown onion, jaifal javatri, both colour and 2 tb of ghee and cover with lid and cook for (dam) 15 to 20 minutes, when it cooks open the lid of biryani mix it well. Now take a dough roll on plane surface and make a roti in a bowl then add biryani and cover the dough, brush it with egg and sprinkle with sesamey seeds and bake on 180 c for 25 to 30 minutes.
- After baking take out the biryani place in a plate and cut generously,parda biryani is ready to serve with mint raita, and salad.
