- Wash and cut paneer in the medium size pieces
- Firstly, in a kadai heat 2 tsp oil and put cumin, bay leaves, saffon, black pepper and pinch hing.
- Cut 1 big size onion in long slice and tomato and add in the above pan.
- Take a bowl and add curd, red chilli powder, turmeric, salt coriander powder. Put this mixture in the above pan and set the flame to medium for 10 minutes
- Cut 1 onion in the different shape and fry it in another bowl for 2 minutes and add with the above bowl.Add fried paneer cubes also in the above pan and cover it on the gas.
- You can also add coriander leaves. Now Paneer do pyaza recipe is ready!
