- Grind tomato and ginger in a mixer grinder and make a smooth paste
- Cut capsicum and paneer in a cube shape
- Add butter 2 table spoon in a pan put one table spoon of jeera snd hing and sorte capsicum.
- Now add paste of ginger and tomato and fry till it didn't leave butter
- Now add peas and water in it and let it boil for5 min
- Add paneer and two table spoon of fresh cream(malai) boil it for more 5 min.
- Your paneer butter massala is ready to serve.
- Serve it hot.
