- Mix all the ingredients of basbusa mixture then put the top of cream. Then put inside the oven for only 20 minutes.
- If finish put in freezer for an hour to become cold. Before serve put pistacio nut powder at the top then put rose flower for design. Then serve.
This one is super soft, dense, never ever cake-y, and melt-in-the-mouth delicious. I did two version, one with the basbousa as a crust and one ,with a cream cheese as a filling. Both were delicious and heavy calories.omg! To make the Basbousa layer: Add all the ingredients, listed under basbousa in a blender jar and blend for a minute. Pour this over the cheese layer.
