  1. Make ready 500 grams Chicken thigh fillet, sliced
  2. Take 1/2 small Wombok cabbage, sliced
  3. Take 1 cup Red cabbage, sliced

  5. Take 1 large Zucchini, julienned
  6. Make ready 1 medium Brown onion, into thin wedges

  20. Get 2 tsp Sesame oil

Steps to make Chicken Chow Mein:
  1. Prepare veggies. Keep brown onion in separate bowl. Keep cabbages in separate bowl. Green onions in another small bowl and all other vegetables in another bowl together.

  6. I like to clean the wok now by adding water, bring to the boil and clean wok with a plastic egg flip. Tip out water and you are right to continue.
  7. Add some more peanut oil and and stir fry veggies (carrot, capsicum, zucchini, cauliflower, peas and corn) for 3 minutes.
  8. Add sauces and spices. Stir well.
  9. Add cabbage and stir fry for a further 3 minutes, stirring all the while.
  10. When you are happy that veggies are cooked to your liking, return the cooked chicken- onion- noodles. Stir well and serve.
