- Crumble the bread pieces. Mix in these pieces with the above prepared mixture. Add nuts (walnuts, cashew nuts, raisins) and continue to mix.
- Cover a plate with aluminium foil (makes it easy to get out the brownie once done). With a spoon, firmly press the mixture into the plate
- Refrigerator (or freeze for faster results) for 30 minutes
