The ingredients needed to make Roti Noodles:
- Take 4-6 leftover Rotis / fresh rotis
- Make ready 2 sliced onions
- Prepare 1 sliced capsicum
- Take 1 sliced Carrot
- Take 1 tbsp green chilli garlic ginger paste
- Take 4 tbsp oil (2 tbsp for roti And 2 tbsp for saute Veggies)
- Make ready 2 tbsp water
- Take 1 small Ching's Chowmein masala pack
- Take leaves Chopped coriander
Instructions to make Roti Noodles:
- Cut the rotis like strips/ noodles. Add 2 tbsp of oil and water to get it moist. (If using fresh rotis no need to moist it)
- Roti strips is ready, sliced Veggies r ready, all ingredients ready.
- Now put a pan/Kadhi on Medium flame add oil heat it. Add Green chilli-Garlic-Ginger paste, saute it. Add onions get it transparent add carrot. Saute it for a min add capsicum. Saute it for min too.
- Now add half Ching's Chowmein masala mix it. Add roti strips and add remaining masala. Mix it all well.
- Sprinkle Chopped coriandor leaves and serve hot. Yummy roti noodles r ready.
