  1. Take a pan add 1 tsp ghee add mustard seeds than add Curry leaves than add salt than add onions cook all together now add veggies
  2. Now add tabasco sauce red chillies and all spices mix well.now add semolina and water cook it till it leaves the sides of the pan
  3. Now for tempering - take a pan add gheeheat little bit than add more Curry leaves and dry chillies pour ghee mix on top of upma serve hot.

Rava upma (Suji upma) is nutritious, tasty and very easy to make at home by mixing and cooking roasted rava (suji, semolina) and sauteed vegetables in water.
