- Spray it with the non stick cooking spray or rub it with olive oil
- Lay potato slices in a single layer on top of the aluminum foil

- Bake in the oven at 250 Celsius for about 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown. (Note: the timing depends on how thick you cut your slices) (second note: I did not flip or turn them over)
- Take out of oven after it is done and serve with your favorite sauce (example ketchup)
In southern India, these potatoes would be hot, hot, hot. I used a combination of Garam Masala, curry powder, garlic, ginger, whole grain mustard and olive oil for the seasoning mix. If you like spicy, try Tandoori Masala instead of the Garam Masala since it's made with chili peppers. This potato masala is much known as aloo masala in South India and is most commonly served with masala dosa as a filling. This delicious side dish tastes not only delicious but is also aromatic & easy to make.
