  8. Now turn the heat up to medium high heat and keep stirring.
  9. Add the rest of the seasonings. And stir until chicken is done.
  10. Add the chicken noodle soup package and stir
  11. Add the can of chopped tomatoes (note: you can use fresh tomatoes)
  12. Add the mixed vegetables and stir
  13. Now reduce heat to medium low heat and cover till rice is tender.(Note: the vegetables makes its own juices so there is no need to add water)
  14. After the rice is tender I uncover and continue cooking while continuously stirring to cook some of the juices out.
  15. This can be served as a main dish or can be put into flat bread and rolled up for a sandwich wrap.

Secure with toothpicks, and arrange in a shallow baking dish. And I add hot sauce to so many dishes-sriracha on salad (don't knock it if you haven't tried it!), Cholula on tacos, harissa in soups.
