- Separate the florets of cauliflower and wash in running water. Heat 1 tb spoon cooking oil in a wok add florets and mix salt and red chilli powder and cover the lid and cook for 5 minutes or till florets become soft(half cooked).
- In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients for making batter. Add water slowly and make a thick batter.
- Heat oil in a wok. Dip half cooked florets in batter. Coat batter lavishly on florets and leave it in wok and deep fry till golden. Likewise fry all florets. Remove it in a plate.
- Press these florets flat with the back of a katori.
- Fry them again till crispie golden from both sides.
