- First of all chopped the onion and garlic and add it first on boiling of lentil. It takes 5 times of water of lentil for boiling. (1 bowl lentil /5 bowl water) it take extra time for boiling in comparison of other lentils minimum 50 minutes.
- Chopped the other ingredient like timatoes, ginger,green chillies and soute it in wok and add cumin and dry coriander first in hot oil. Then add ingredients. Soute it well add salt, red chillies,turmeric, black pepper and at last add boiled lentil and serve it with butter.
