  8. Take 1/2 tsp chinese five spice
  9. Prepare 1 or more red chillies, finely sliced
  10. Take 1/4 cup fresh coriander, finely chopped

Add the turkey meat, and stir fry for a further minute. Add the noodles, oyster and soy sauces, and cook for another minute. Add noodles and the broth mixture. Leftover cooked turkey, carrots, mushrooms, and broccoli get a nice Asian-inspired stir-fry treatment to serve with rice or chow mein noodles.

Steps to make Turkey noodle stir-fry:
  1. Cook noodles in a saucepan of boiling water for 5 mins. Drain after the 5 mins
  2. Heat a wok or large frying pan and add oil. Swirl to coat wok and add onion and ginger. Stir fry for 2 mins or until tender
  3. Add mince to wok, break up lumps as you stir for five minutes or until mince is brown.
  4. Add vegetables, oyster sauce, soy sauce and five spice, stirring for another 2 minutes.
  5. Snip drained noodles to shorten, add to wok with chilli and coriander, tossing to combine.
  6. You can serve on top of rice if you wish. Serve and garnish with coriander leaves
