  17. Get 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  18. Prepare 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  19. Prepare 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  20. Take 1 tsp Chat Masala
  21. Make ready 1 tsp Oil
  22. Prepare as per taste Salt
  23. Get 2 tbsp Ghee for Brushing
Steps to make Healthy Potli:
  1. In a bowl take flour, semolina, ghee black seeds and salt and mix it well. Now Knead it and keep aside for 15-20 mins.
  2. Now heat oil in pan. - Now add fennel seeds, cumin seeds and saute it.
  3. Now add chopped capsicum and cook for a min. Now add chopped mushroom. Cook it for a while. - Add corn and cook 2-3 min.
  4. Now add all spices. Cook 1 min then add paneer.
  5. Now cook it 2-3min, then off the flame. Add grated cheese.
  6. Now take a ball from the dough, and roll it. - Put the stuffing in it and make potli.
  7. Now brush the ghee and put it into preheated air fryer(180℃, 10 min) for 20 mins. Our healthy potli is ready.
