- Add beef in a bowl, add pepper salt cinnamon olive oul and oyster sauce, mix well, cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes (I left my over night)
- After marinate, put a pan on the stove at middle high heat.
- Put the beef when the pan heat until cooked on both side to uour taste, remove and slice the beef and put aside
- Salad: mixed all vegatables in a bowl and put in a serving dish.
- Put the slice beef ontop the mixed salad, dress with balsamic dressing sauce, garnish with coriander. Enjoy
