  1. cook your bacon until a bit crisp as it will cook inside the burger. drain on paper towels and set aside
  2. using a bowl big enough put the hamburger in and mix it around just a bit.
  3. add in Worcestershire sauce and a-one. mix well. put enough in so that the meat turns a bit brown for the flavors to come out when you taste after cooking. you don't want them runny but not dry either. nice and wet with the brownish color
  4. add in pepper and anything else you wish. mix well.
  5. chop up onion anyway you like. if you want it inside the burger chop it in small pieces or chop into rings to add to the top
  6. pull out your cheese and slice it if you wish or you can fold edges later
  7. on a plate ( you can use wax paper also ) make a patty. you will need to have two patties for each burger
  8. fire up the grill
  9. take the bottom burger and layer cheese. fold the edges in or slice the cheese so it doesn't come out of the sides.
  10. take the bacon and put on top of the cheese. if you don't want the bacon hanging out the sides snap the bacon in half
  11. if adding pieces of onion top with a small amount
  12. try to keep the the stuffed things as much in the middle of the pattie as you can so nothing leaks out
  13. take a second pattie put on top and seal around the edges so that nothing is sticking out.
  14. repeat for each burger. you can also leave out one or two things for the middle if you like
  15. get out buns and any topping you want to add after cooking them
  16. cook until done on both sides unless you like more rare.
  17. serve with any sides you like and enjoy!
