- Washed the Quinoa and then toast it on medium flame to get roasted aroma then add 4 cups water and 1/2 tsp salt and keep it for boiling
- Now in pan take oil, give tadka with seeds and sauté garlic and Onion
- Add all veggies, salt, and spices and mix well, cover the lid
- In between checked if veggies are not soft then add little water and cook for few mins
- Add boiled Quinoa and lemon juice. Mix well and cook for min
- Serve this tasty and Healthy Quinoa with fresh juice
