- Heat oil in a large skillet minced meat, seasoning, onion,garlic&pepper keep stirring untill meat is fully cooked!
- Put inside a big bowl and allow to cool,add the rice, add eggs and with your hands to have a well blended mix.
- Wrap the minced meat&rice in cabbage leaf and place in a pot.
