- Soak the kabuli chana over night, take a pressure cooker add tea bag (tea powder tie in a malmal cloth) add some water, turmeric powder, salt and cook this till chana is tender.

- Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds, shahi jeera, hing, ginger garlic paste, onion,after then onion colour change add tomato cook this till tomatoes are soft, add chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder sauté it for 2 minutes in a low flame and add cooked kabuli chana, salt and black salt, mix it and put the lid on and let it cook for 10 minutes, then add lemon juice, chopped coriander, kasoori methi mix it, cook this 2 minutes then switch off the flame.
