  2. Take one bowl for mixing add besan flour and Maida and corn flour and add ginger garlic paste, salt, pepper powder, add water to make a mixture butter add in to this mixture baby corn
  3. Take one kadai pour the oil and heat it. Add baby corn one by one into oil and fry it to golden colour
  4. And take another bowl add 1tsp oil heat it and add some curry leaves and mirchi and fried baby corn

Rinse the baby corn under cool, running water, then dry it with clean paper towels. Fresh baby corn may have silks attached to the cobs, so you'll need to pull these silks away while rinsing them. If using frozen baby corn, thaw the corn before use and rinse away any remaining ice crystals. NOTES * Yogurt should be mildly sour to taste good in the batter else add lemon juice to bring out the sour flavors. * The baby corn inside has no particular taste and so the batter is the one which gives that flavor. It is easy to prepare, crunchy inside and crispy outside.
